The Customer
The Estrela Council is located in the municipality of Lisbon and includes the historic areas of Lapa, Santos-o-Velho, and Prazeres.
With a total area of approximately 4.6 km² and more than 20,000 inhabitants, the council manages a diverse urban territory requiring efficient coordination between municipal services and citizens.
